Two Needlegators
Needlegators is a blue colored crocodile-like enemy that appears in the first game. It wields a large shell with spikes which must be knocked off first in order to defeat it. They can climb on walls and ceilings and also drop down if Tomba is standing down below. They are found on Phoenix Mountain.
