He is found in the Summit Shed in Ranch Summit, where he wants to collect the static electricity that Kujaras generate and use it to blow up a boulder that is blocking the elevator leading to Donglin Forest.
When the Evil Ice Pig has been defeated, he cuts the fur on the Kujaras as the spring has come to the area.
