Whoopee Camp (ウーピーキャンプ) was a video game company that developed the games in the Tomba! series; Tomba! and Tomba! 2: The Evil Swine Return. The company started in 1997 and were closed down in 2000. It was run by Tokuro Fujiwara, who also made games like Megaman and Ghosts 'n Goblins. After the defunct of the company, several employees went to Access Games.
Both games got positive reviews, but sold poorly and the company went defunct shortly after the release of the second game.
The name was revived for use with the Tomba! Special Edition, developed by Limited Run Games in collaboration with Fujiwara.
